Is this actual physical therapy?
No. This is an educational self-care and mobility training program, not physical therapy. It does not constitute a patient-therapist relationship and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Dr. Fose is licensed in New York State only. How quickly will I feel results?
Many people identify their Green-Light Movement in their first session and feel a difference the same day. Significant and lasting improvement typically happens within days to two weeks of consistent practice.

Do I need equipment?
