Stephen's decade of experience after getting his doctorate from the University at Buffalo has transformed into becoming an IMC Outcomes Accountable Clinician in 2019 (IMC OAC) & Certified in Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy (Cert. MDT) in 2021.

These are rigorous post-doctorate training programs to the highest value healthcare by providing fast solutions to chronic and recurrent pain problems for good, without gimmicks or unnecessary injections, medications, and surgeries.

Along with providing direct patient care, Stephens passion to build healthier communities & reduce healthcare costs led to a mentorship with Dr. Lauren Hebert, industry leader in workplace injury prevention since the 1980's. Dr. Gabe is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with 14 years of experience specializing in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation.

A graduate of Daemen University, Dr. Gabe has a strong focus on sports performance and spine rehabilitation. His career includes extensive experience as a traveling physical therapist, working across the USA. This unique opportunity has allowed him to gain diverse insights and expertise, enriching his ability to tailor treatments to a wide range of patient needs.

Dr. Gabe has also had the privilege of working with professional and collegiate athletes, optimizing their performance and supporting recovery from injuries. He is committed to delivering personalized care that empowers all patients to regain strength, mobility, and return to the activities they love.

Services

Physical Therapy Initial Evaluation

History/interview, postural and movement testing, orthopedic and neurological special testing, spinal screen, response-based assessment, and palpation. We also establish the first treatment, provide any appropriate hands-on manual techniques and initial home exercise program to reduce your symptoms fast and to achieve your goals.

Physical Therapy Follow Up

Progression of home exercise program, mechanical and neurological re-assessment, orthopedic testing and special tests. This also includes additional goal-oriented exercises, hands-on tissue work and joint mobilizations, blood flow restriction training, pain relief progression, and most importantly the beginning of self-assessment to fix yourself anywhere, just like a physical therapist does.

Remote Performance Programming

Our programming starts at $150/month after your first visit & helps you achieve your mobility, strength & conditioning, & performance goals from anywhere! We'll program weekly exercises custom to your limitations, your goals, your schedule, & equipment (or lack there of). Theres no easier way to get started.

Orthopedic Prevention Membership

Our quarterly prevention membership starts at $65/month. If you're looking for clear and simple help with orthopedic pain complaints, this is for you. Our members have been to PCP/GP & specialists & waited months, just to be offered medications, injections, surgeries, and to stop doing the things they love. Megan Fose, OTR/L obtained a combined Bachelors & Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University at Buffalo in 2012. Megan became in Mom in 2020 which created an inevitable shift to help women and children.

After the traumatic emergency c-section birth of her first daughter, she went on a mission to help adults & kids with pelvic floor dysfunction & postpartum women. Megan obtained advanced training through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehab Institute, as the Institute for Birth Healing (IBH).

These training programs involve treatment of adult pelvic pain, bowel & bladder dysfunction, pregnancy & postpartum care, & sexual dysfunction. Megan is also trained in pediatric pelvic floor therapy.

Megan had a successful VBAC birth of her second child. She's experienced first hand the amount of physical, emotional, and environmental support needed throughout all birth experiences and is passionate to serve her community.

Initial Evaluation
