Stephen is a proud girl dad of two daughters, Charlie & Mackenzie.

Stephen received his Doctorate from the University at Buffalo and is an industry leader in spine, joint, and osteoarthritis physical therapy. Stephen has advanced post-grad training to fix chronic and recurring pain fast—without drugs, injections, or surgeries.

Stephen’s drive to prevent injuries and reduce healthcare costs led him to train with Dr. Lauren Hebert, a national leader in workplace injury prevention. Today, he delivers direct-to-employer programs across Western NY and the U.S.

Dr. Gabe is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with 14 years of experience in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation. A graduate of Daemen University, he brings a strong focus on spine rehab and sports performance.

His career as a traveling physical therapist across the U.S. has given him unique, wide-ranging clinical insight, allowing him to tailor treatments to each patient’s needs. Gabe has also worked with professional and collegiate athletes, helping them recover from injury and reach peak performance.


He’s passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what they love.
